The OPS One Phase Sampler provides representative sample of well fluid which can be transferred to sample bottle without using mercury. The Samples are maintained in single phase when brought to surface. The Leutert Booster Station is used to compress nitrogen into the sample chambers of the One Phase Samplers and Cylinders to a pressure rate above the well pressure. The PNL is a flushing type sampler used to secure fluid and gas samples under reservoir conditions of temperature and pressure and bring them to surface for laboratory test. The Sampler Clock is designed to activate the Leutert bottom hole samplers PNL and PDS/OPS. The winding key allows setting of partial times of total time of the clock. Double end piston type hydrocarbon bottles for safe transportation of reservoir fluid to the PVT LAB. The Surface Sampling Bench SSB is used to take surface samples from the Test Separator during Production Testing of Oil and Gas Wells. The Leutert Gas Sampling Cylinder is used for sampling from the well test seperator where no bottom hole sampler can be used. The Leutert Production Sand Sampler is used to collect physical samples of sand from the flow line of a well. The Leutert electronically controlled heating jackets provide even heating of liquid and gas samplers and cylinders. With the heating jacket trolleys the sample cylinders can be transported easily anywhere in the laboratory room.
