Cylinder Cleaning Grid CCG

Before the gas sample cylinder can be used for a new sampling campaign it is critical that it is cleaned properly. If the cylinder has not been cleaned, remaining condensate or volatile oils will contaminate any fresh sample. The compositional studies carried out in the PVT laboratory could thus, be compromised and erroneous results obtained.

The Leutert Gas Sample Cylinder Cleaning Grid is a professional aid for cleaning gas sample cylinders in large numbers. It consists of a motorized main grid that helps to rotate any 20 liter gas sample cylinder after it has been filled with cleaning solvent. The gas cylinders are placed on rotating hard rubber rollers.

Extension pads may be connected to the main grid allowing up to ten cylinders to rotate simultaneously. The extension pads are not motorized. The rotating force of the main grid is transferred to the extensions by means of vee-belts.
