HP/HT Density Cell

HPHT Density Cell

The high temperature and high pressure density cell allows determination of density by simply weighing a portion of the reservoir fluid sample. The density is calculated by dividing weight of the sample by internal volume of the cell. The weight of the sample equals the weight of the filled cell minus the weight of the empty cell. The accuracy of this method is mainly depending on the accuracy and resolution of the scale being used to weigh the cell.
